TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SCHEDULING WITH WINK BEAUTY BAR

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

A credit card will always be required to book an appointment with Wink Beauty Bar. There is a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment(s) if a 24 hour notice is not given to cancel your appointment. A fee of 100% of the service will be charged for a no show of your appointment(s). To cancel, you must notify Wink Beauty Bar with a text message or phone call followed by a voicemail if there is no answer. An appointment is considered a no show if you do not notify Wink Beauty Bar of the cancellation by the time of your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive to your scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation and charged as such.

A cleaning fee will be added for any clients who arrive to an eyelash service with any products or build up on your lash line. To ensure the best retention and results, clean lashes are a must!

Cleaning time will cut into the time for your eyelash service and may affect the end result. The cleaning fee will be $10.

Aftercare and prepping correctly for any service is very important and highly effects the end results. Please adhere to any pre and post instructions given to you for any lash, wax and tanning appointments to ensure best results.

All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with a service, please contact Wink Beauty Bar within 24 hours of your appointment to find a solution.

All packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and expire within 9 months unless otherwise stated.
